How long is the contract term?
If you pay monthly by credit card, you can cancel Spenoki monthly at any time. In the case of annual payment by invoice, the contract period is 12 months and can be cancelled three months before expiry. Otherwise, the contract will be extended for another 12 months.
Do I have to give my credit card information for the trial version?
No. Credit card details are only required when using a paid plan. If you do not have a credit card, you can still pay by invoice.
Can I switch between my plans?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you change to a higher Plan during the year (e.g. change from Basic to Professional Plan), Spenoki will invoice the difference between the advance payment already made and the changed price until the end of the annual term (day-by-day billing). If you change to a lower version during the year (e.g. change from Professional to Essential version), you are not entitled to a (proportional) refund of the advance payment.
Can you explain the functions of Spenoki to me again in detail?
Yes, we will present all the functions that are of interest to you and answer your individual questions as part of a web demo. You can find more information under book a demo.
Can I try out all the features in my test account?
Yes and no. In the test account, the features for document-oriented CO2 analysis and the dashboard are freely available and you can upload your first invoices. If you have already started setting up your demo account, you can transfer all stored data when converting to a full account. Features such as our Green Marketplace or the creation of a sustainability report are not included in the test account.
